Terms of Payment:

Payments may be made either by:
- American Express
- Discover
- MasterCard
- Visa
All orders must be made using the following payment options above. At the moment we are not offering credit to customers. Payments must be made on credit card or through Paypal during checkout. If you have any questions regarding the following payment options please email them to

Ordering:
- Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday. Orders that are received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. Depending on inventory levels, orders will be shipped the same day if received by 4 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- We are currently only accepting orders placed on the website.
- There is no minimum order amount for the U.S. or Canada. For international orders there is a minimum order amount of $50.
- If backordering is required to complete an order, you will be notified via email regarding the issue. If the backorder quantity will take longer than 5 business days to ship then the order will ship in two separate shipments. If the backorder product can be shipped within 5 business days of the order date, then the entire order will be shipped when the backorder amount becomes available. You will be notified of ship dates and whether it will be shipped as a single of separate shipments.
- Orders taken via website will be available for revision. To initiate an order revision you will need to first notify via email to customerservice@moonmandirect.com the changes that you would like to make from the original order. Revisions will only be allowed the day the order is placed and must be submitted before 4PM EST. Please include a phone number within the email. You will be contacted and if there is any change in pricing you will need to supply a valid credit card which the balance can be charged to.
Shipping and Handling:
- All orders are shipped using UPS(UPS ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day)
- If any shipping, billing or pricing errors occur, they must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Residential-based businesses will be subject to carrier residential delivery rates if your order does not qualify for free freight.
- Delivery time for U.S. orders shipped via UPS is 1-7 business days depending on location
- UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- UPS shipping charges are based on actual and/or dimensional weight, destination, insurance, and our handling fee which will be applied for orders that require repacking of goods.
- All orders received by 4pm Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day through UPS.
Sales Taxes:
Sales Tax will be charged within Massachusetts. Customers who choose to buy at wholesale prices must produce a Sales & Use Tax Certificate and a Tax ID number after submitting the Dealer registration form.
Return Policy:
Moonman Direct will accept non-defective, unopened product up to 30 days of the invoice date. In order to facilitate a return of goods you must first email a customer service representative at
customerservice@moonmandirect.com to get an RMA number. Please state the reason for returning the product(s) within the email. You will receive a reply explaining the necessary return shipment information at this time and directions on how to go about returning the goods. Return shipments must be shipped via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. USPS will not be accepted. Returned products are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Freight Damage:
If you receive product that has been damaged during transit you will need to email
customerservice@moonmandirect.com within 5 business days of receiving the goods. When sending the email, please include your customer ID number which is located on the packing slip, the sales order number, the invoice number, and also state the product(s) that have been damaged and the condition that they are in. Within 1 business day you will receive a reply detailing the steps that you must take to initiate a claim and order replacement parts.
