METHODS OF PAYMENT
Visa/ MasterCard / American Express, COD (no personal checks accepted), Money Order
or Certified Check. *Business Check or **Open Terms (upon approved credit).
*A $50 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Credit check must be completed & approved before orders can ship on open account terms.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received via phone, fax or email by 2:30 pm (PST) will ship the same day, limited to stock on hand and approved credit.
Backordered items will ship as soon as we receive them, unless otherwise specified at time of order placement.
SHIPPING / FREIGHT
All orders are shipped UPS ground or truck freight carrier (if product exceeds ups size limits).
UPS Next Day and Second Day Air are available at an additional charge. Shipments are FOB Oakland, California.
WILL CALL ORDERS
Items will be held on will call for a maximum of two weeks from the date the order is submitted.
After two weeks, we must receive payment in order to hold the product. Orders not paid for will be cancelled.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders may be placed for product not typically in stock at Bayview.
Advance, non-refundable deposit required.
Once the order has been placed, it is non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason.
REFUSED ORDERS and STOCK RETURNS
A 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges will be applied to stock returns and refused orders.
>Must have prior approval for all product returns
>Product must be unopened
>Product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
>A copy of the original invoice must be provided
>Product must be current
>Special orders cannot be returned
The 15% re-stocking fee may be waived if an exchange order (2 for 1) is placed at the time of the return request. All orders received at Bayview without an RA# will be refused at the dock.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES / FREIGHT DAMAGE
The proper processing and shipment of your order is very important to us. We require that you notify Bayview, via phone,
within (2) two business days of receipt of your order, with any discrepancies so we may immediate correct the problem.
If you receive a product DAMAGED in-transit please follow these simple instructions.
UPS Shipments:
Refuse the shipment if damaged and a new product will be shipped to you once the damaged item is received.
Truck Shipments:
Note damage on freight bill and then place a claim with the freight carrier. Freight damage is their responsibility.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
>Must have Return Authorization (RA) number from Bayview.
>Product must be shipped prepaid in original factory carton with all packing materials, parts and manuals.
>Missing accessories, packing or original box will result in a 15% charge, plus the cost of the missing items
>Products returned "freight-collect" will be refused.
SELECTIVE DISTRIBUTION
Some of our product lines are sold on a selective distribution basis. Upon your request, we will let you know
if a particular product line is available in your area.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All products sold by BVD are covered under the individual manufacturer’s stated warranty.
Please refer to the manuals and warranty cards enclosed with the product. Check your local
service center or call us for referral. Please call Bayview with any questions related to manufacturer’s warranty.
